Keith’s grandparents flew airplanes and he grew up in the backseat flying with them all over the country. His grandfather flew CG-4’s in World War 2 and his grandmother learned to fly gliders at El Mirage years later. You can say gliders are in his blood. Keith first soloed a glider in 1984 and soon after began acquiring other airplane ratings. He has accumulated over 4500 hours in gliders and has 22,000+ hours in total time. He is currently an airline captain for a major US airline flying an Airbus 320/321.
