Team Captain, John Good has been a member of the US Team at many World Gliding Championship event.
He has served as crew, Team Captain and daily report author numerous times. John has served on the US Team Committee, the Contest Rules Committee, chaired the Contest Committee, and the Hall of Fame Vetting board. He has received an SSA Exceptional Achievement Award several time and is a member of the United States Soaring Hall of Fame. He was the Deputy Championship Director/ Task-setter at the 2012 WGC in Uvalde, Texas and brings a wealth of international rules knowledge as Captain.
John is an active competition pilot and flies a Discus 2 and Duo Discus.
