Club Class National - Sunday Weather

Ridge of high pressure continues to dominate weather.  Temperatures climb to Summer levels today.

Similar to last two days, we continue to have a boundary layer in excess of 7,000 feet over much of the area.  Figure on 3-5kt average climbs with better in hot spots.

Yesterday’s hybrid dewpoint estimate worked about right, and I’ll follow the same approach today.  Figure dewpoints around 55-57 over the area yielding cumulus clouds at over 5,000 feet around launch time to over 7,000 feet during the heat of the day.

Very light winds trending NW less than 5kts.
