Sports Class Nationals - Afternoon report

Looks like another first-rate ridge day at Mifflin.  Winds are expected to be from a better direction (a bit closer to northwest) and not quite as rowdy as yesterday (no complaints were heard when that was announced).  There is some chance of localized rain or even snow showers (freezing level is around 3000').

Both classes have a 3-hour turn-area task, with a nominal distance around 200 miles.  This should allow some good ridge flying, but also call for some up- and downwind transitions.
