15M Nationals - Monday am report

Last night the area received over 2 inches of rain.  Today we awoke to sprinkles from grey overcast skies and a briskening wind which had us scrambling for long pants and fleece pullovers.   It feels like fall, and the forecast for tonight is near record lows with temps in the mid forties.    The pine trees are really beginning to sway and it's the kind of wind that grabs your pilot's hat and sends it down the grid.

Forecast is for clearing skies this afternoon, so we may play the gridding game.
