Winch launch trials in Indiana. The two club Super Blaniks were used for winch launch instruction. Here's a couple of examples.

Winch launch rope break during winch launch trials at in Alexandria, IN. This is not an exercise. Instructor was as surprised as the student. Expert piloting made the recovery and landing uneventful.
