Ten Thousand Glider Rides Goal Set

To reach this goal, we need every club and commercial operation in the USA to give 10 "free rides" per month to young people - BEFORE DECEMBER 17TH. The Young Eagle must be between the ages of 8 and 17 and have parental permission. The pilot need not be an EAA member (just SSA) but must register the flight with EAA. For more information on how the program works, contact John Campbell (SSA) at jhpc@hotmail.com or Steve Buss (EAA) at sbuss@eaa.org. Click here for a Registration Form for SSA members. This push is part of the EAAs goal of introducing One Million young people to the world of flight before the centerary of airplane flight program on DECEMBER 17th.
