15 Meter/Open Class Nationals - AM Wx.

The best description for the wx. today is "uncertain".  Its likely to start a little later, almost certainly will be blue and at best, in the Scott Valley, will be limited to 8500-9500 tops.  Winds should not be much of a factor.  Thermal strength 4-6knots.  The less optimistic forecast would suggest that we will never get to the 8000 ft. minimum for a contest day.  Tasking addresses this modest forecast with a multi-point MAT focused in and near the Scott Valley.

Tom Stepleton is flying in the nimbus, JOY, with Mike Robison and invites visitors to his daily blog:  stepleton.com  He includes pix and videos.  Enjoy.
