Summary

Well, the moisture came in like gangbusters.  Be careful what you ask for I guess.  We woke to find high overcast of debris clouds, which cleared the area by 11AM, but delayed heating enough to make a late start.  That, compounded by significant overdevelopment made for a shorter day than desired, but even a late relight was able to complete a full 3 hrs.  Some of the best soaring was through the middle of the Reno Class C airspace, and the normal eastern routes were pretty dark.  A fewl pilots did get down to the PineNuts, but the fast times were turned in by those that worked the area between Truckee and Milford.   We have a pretty close race after 3 days with JJ only 11 points behind MG, and third place only 110 points back.  Hoping tomorrow is more organized lift, good morning heating to get us going, and a charged battery in the red towplane!
